It's truly free! 🎉 We don't charge monthly fees, website rental fees, or lock-in systems. You only pay a one-time initial website setup fee.
Yes, 💯 your website, code, data, GitHub, and Cloudflare accounts are all yours. Maad Dev can't control or shut down your website. The only thing we keep is the right to our reusable templates — so you can't resell the source code as a template, but your own website stays 100% yours.
Because Maad Dev uses a system that needs no servers, no databases, and no plugins, our cost is virtually zero ❤️ so we simply don't need to charge our customers every month.
Because most providers' business models are built around recurring revenue (Wix, WordPress hosting, typical website builders). Switching to a low-cost Static site model like ours would mean giving up that recurring income — Maad Dev chose this path from day one because we value transparency over long-term recurring fees from the same customer.
