Terms of Service

This Terms of Service agreement is between
Maad Dev (“Service Provider”)
and the Client / User (“User”).

By using Maad Dev’s website, services, or source code,
you agree to all terms outlined in this document.

1. Scope of Services

Maad Dev provides website design and setup services including:

• Static / JAMstack websites
• GitHub & Cloudflare Pages deployment
• Real-time content editing systems
• Custom-designed templates and themes

All services are one-time payment only
No subscriptions or recurring fees.

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Clients own:

• Their deployed website, content, and data
• The source code delivered for their project
• Their GitHub repository and Cloudflare account

Maad Dev retains the copyright to its reusable template designs and source-code components as a product. Because of this, clients may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or transfer the source code as a template or product
• Publish or share the source code as a template/theme (free or paid)
• Repackage the code as a template, theme, or base product for others

In short: your own website is fully yours — the only limit is reselling the source code as a reusable template.

3. Permitted Use

Clients may:

• Use the website for personal or business purposes
• Edit content freely
• Manage or transfer maintenance independently

Usage must comply with:

• Applicable laws
• Third-party rights
• These Terms of Service

4. Payments

• All fees are one-time payments
• No recurring charges
• Work begins after payment confirmation

Payment Methods

• Bank transfer
• (Coming soon) QR payment

5. Refund Policy

• Issues will be addressed according to the SLA scope

6. Support & SLA

• Support is provided based on the SLA / Support Scope
• Post-delivery code changes are excluded unless agreed separately

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Managing their GitHub & Cloudflare accounts
• Maintaining backups
• Using the system according to documentation

8. Limitation of Liability

Maad Dev is not liable for:

• Improper use of the system
• Third-party code modifications
• Downtime or issues caused by external platforms (GitHub, Cloudflare)

9. Changes to Terms

Maad Dev reserves the right to update these terms
Updates will be published on the website.
