Maad Dev Commercial License

This license governs the website, source code, templates, and related materials delivered by Maad Dev.

By purchasing or using Maad Dev services, you agree to the terms below.

1. What You Own

When your project is delivered, it is yours:

Your website, content, and data are 100% yours — permanently.
The source code delivered for your project is yours to use, edit, host, and keep, with no time limit and no ongoing fees.
Your GitHub repository and Cloudflare account — and everything inside them — belong to you.
You are free to modify, extend, migrate, or hand your project to any developer at any time. There is no vendor lock-in.

In short: you own and control your website completely, and you never depend on Maad Dev to keep it running.

Maad Dev retains the copyright to its reusable intellectual property — the underlying template designs, source-code components, and system architecture as a product that we reuse across clients.

Owning your project does not give you the right to resell or redistribute that source code as a template or product to others (see Section 4). This is the only limit on your ownership, and it exists to protect our shared templates — not to restrict your own website.

3. Permitted Use

You may:

Edit and customize the code for your website
Use your website for commercial or personal purposes
Host and deploy your website on any platform
Change developers, agencies, or maintainers at any time

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or transfer the source code to third parties as a template or product
Publish or share the source code (free or paid) as a template or starter
Repackage the code as a template, theme, or base product
Offer the code as part of a SaaS, CMS, or platform product
Claim Maad Dev's original template design as your own intellectual property

These limits apply to the source code as a reusable product — they do not restrict your own delivered website, which remains fully yours.

5. GitHub & Repository Usage

Your project is delivered to your own GitHub account, and the repository is yours to keep and control. Note that owning the repository does not, by itself, grant the right to resell or redistribute the source code as a template (see Section 4).

6. No Warranty

The source code is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Maad Dev is not liable for damages arising from its use or modification.

7. Termination

If you materially breach these terms — for example, by reselling or redistributing the source code as a template — the rights granted under Sections 3–5 end, and you must stop the infringing use. This does not affect your ownership of your own delivered website, content, and data, which remain yours.

8. Governing Law

This license is governed by the laws of Thailand.
